A single ladder entrance pitch (6 - 7m) drops onto a steep slope that descends for some distance past many boulders in a very loose chamber. At the bottom the only passage off is an inlet with a small stream and draught. This is"rather pleasant going" - stooping and occasional walking height passage. The route becomes smaller to a squeeze section through sand which "simply fell off".
The passage splits and changes character. To the right a high rift can be climbed until an aven is met that could be bolted, although there doesn't appear to be any route off at the top. Going left at the junction follows the rift at floor level to a small chamber with a passage leading off ending in a rabbit hole.
