A shaft near site 2287, towards the SW edge of the wood. It seems to have opened up 2008-9 with new fence posts nearby. It was first descended in the summer 2009 when branches were cleared out and a hole descending at 50 degrees. This needs digging out. The site has a very strong inward draught.
