• Typing will find anything in the combined site name, area and code, e.g. typing "mare" will display Mareserection Hole (Riaño) #2469 and Wild Mare, Cave of the (Hornedo) #0767. • Typing "333" will display the 14 sites that have "333" in the code. (Entering 0333 will bring up Azpilicueta, Torca de.)
• The significant part of a cave name is stored and always shown first, e.g. "Cueva Llueva" is shown as "Llueva, Cueva" - so typing "Llueva," will be sufficient to tease out Cueva Llueva from all the other sites in Llueva.
Accented characters: These may be required if they exist in the name of the site. Any method of inserting an accented character into the search box should work, but one easy method is to type the "Alt key codes". The following list should suffice, others can be found online. Alternatively, the required character can be copied and pasted into the search box - or highlighted and dragged.
• For example, to find Reñada, type "re" then, with the Alt key pressed (Windows keyboard) type "0241"on the number pad then release the Alt key. (Or copy and paste the ñ below, or highlight and drag the character). The top and bottom entrances to Cueva-Cubío de la Reñada will appear along with an alternative name for Cueva de Riaño.
