Photo Competition Rules

To celebrate 60 years of speleology around Matienzo and, especially, the last 10 years, we're holding a "Gran Fiesta" centred in and around a marquee at Casa Germán, Matienzo.

 A photo competition - Underland:Overland - will run throughout the event.

Entries We invite entries to this competition to be judged on 8 August 2020 in Matienzo.

Rules There are two categories: Underland and Overland
• A maximum of THREE photographs in each category by each photographer.
• The photographs to have been taken since August 2010.
• They must be taken within the Project's exploration permit area, past and present.
• They may be already in the Matienzo Cave Project archives and/or shown elsewhere.
• They can be submitted as prints (max size 8 x 10) or by digital means, on line or memory stick.
• Colour or B/W.
• No names or identification to be shown on the images.
• All photographs to be available by 7 August.
• There will be three awards in each category plus Best in Show
• The Judges decision will be final
