After an agreement with La Cambera, this site was reserved for exploration at Easter 2022 by named members of the Matienzo Caves Project.
First documented as site X025.
Listed by Emilio. No further information.
The site was enlarged in places and explored over 5 trips at Easter 2022. The tops to the first and second pitches were capped out to find the base of the p8 choked. A 4m bolted climb up reached a sharp col and a 5m pitch dropped to the next drop, a p12. At the base, 2 high ways lead to the same choked end with a tight inlet rift. The large ledge alcove up-passage ends in a choked rift. On the true right hand wall is a passage that needs to be capped. There is a slight draught and very little horizontal development.
Tackle list
P1 2m ladder or rope
P2 8m
C1 4m climb up to 2 bolts and hangers
P3 2.5m continues to
P4 12m (needs a rope protector)
P5 5m continues from P4
P6 Climb down (awkward) to a tight draughting cleft.
On C1 there are 2 bolts plus hangers. All other hangers have been removed.
