Updated 30th September 2023
First documented as site X016: A 3m deep rift which is blocked with rubbish.
In the summer 2023, it was found open and clear to the base of a 3m climb down. At the base a duck under a flakeis followed by 4m of stooping passage to a short climb down a calcite wall, another drop, then a downward slope to a complete blockage of rubbish, with no draught. From the base of the entrance climb to the end, the floor, sides and roof are adorned with rubbish, with broken glass on the floor. This cave seems to flood to the bottom of the entrance climb in wet weather. [Description: John Southworth]
