The opening was enlarged with both hammer and chisel and then a snapper in June 2019. An 8m descent in a rift to a floor of boulders, earth and leaves. To one side a visible 3m drop in a narrow cleft needs work to get down it. Stones rattle down the cleft for two or three seconds but it sounds as if there is no increase in width.
