A man doing his veg garden at the base of the hill containing Cueva de Nicanor pointed out where this cave was. A certain amount of jungle-bashing was necessary before the "quite large" entrance was found.
The passage goes for about 30m, averaging 3m high and 1.5m wide to a chamber with a hole to the surface. From here the passage splits, with high and low level routes to a calcite choke.
