Ten metres up on the east side of the valley, a small shakehole had boulders at the base and a small hole which draughts well. A number of days were spent in the autumn, 2012, removing and stacking boulders. The base of a tight rift, now down nearly 8m, requires more work.
While the entrance was being re-engineered and some spoil removed at Easter 2013, there was a partial collapse. At that time, the site had not been fully written-off but it was a low priority. The site was thought to be "worth further work" when re-assessed in April 2017.
However, when further inspected in June 2019, all leads appeared to close up or require too much work.
