Updated 28th September 2012
A fallen tree covers a rift on the left bank wall of a deep gulley. Stones rattle down about 3m and there is a slight draught. This was excavated to reveal about 5m of level, tight passage to, what looked like, man-size passage. On closer examination, 6m to the east in the same scar, hidden in the vegetation. another hole was found. Some large boulders were removed to reveal a 2.5m narrow sloping drop to a T-junction. Left around two sharp bends, the passage choked underneath the observed end of the original dig. Right at the T-junction starts as walking, hands and knees then flat out going to a small inlet on the right. Forward is a small descending mud tube which become too tight with a slight draught. "Not worth pursuing further."
