A rift entrance in the side of an open shakehole. The initial tight rift turns 90° to the right. A 2m long sloping mud floor drops 4m onto a rubble floor. The roof undercuts the side of the shakehole and has old "pretties" and, on this occasion, a bat. A careful climb down between loose boulders reaches a small chamber with no diggable way on. A possible outward draught was felt on a warm day. The lower chamber walls are covered in powdery flowstone.
