This hole, beside a track, is a 2m near vertical drop down against a small rock face to where it goes off into a crawl over cobbles. This splits and rejoins, but only the right hand route is passable. This becomes stooping height but ends at a couple of small holes. The strong outward draught at the entrance is not present here.
After a number of digging sessions in August 2013 a small extension was entered with a pit to one side which had 2 draughting slots which produced one drop. Capping and snapping got down about 15m but the base closed in at a very narrow rift with a draught.
