A "cold store" pointed out by the land owner. A fenced hole beside a tree has a walled opening with steps down. After about 27m an 11.3m pitch can be descended into a 20m long, 5m wide chamber. A further pitch drops 8m down through boulders to a highly unstable choke. The final chamber was re-examined in the autumn, 2011, but there is "no chance of digging". A tight rift part way down the pitch on the left hand side would require snappers to enlarge the first couple of metres.
The site was re-examined in April 2014, but the boulders at the base of the pitch were "not considered worthwhile". A hole in the mud slope was found to connect to known passage.
