Updated 3rd July 2010
The cave is described from the northern entrance, entrance 1 on the survey.
A large walk-in opening in a sandstone outcrop. Dry sandy passage with rift enters on left. Ahead is step over boulders to
the head of a blind 7m, damp pitch. Rift entering on left can be entered at roof height with an easy traverse on fragile ledges. The rift has a dry sandy floor.
There are entrances at the far end of rift. Easy egress for quick through trip via middle entrance, while the furthest entrance is mainly
collapsed.
At Easter 2010 the "second entrance" was GPS'd to 0447582 4799480; "third entrance" to 0447568 4799471. This all needs checking out when the Survex file has been produced from Therion data. The original GPS may be wrong
