A large entrance in trees which looks similar to the nearby site 2796. The undescended shaft appeared about 6m deep.

The site was dropped and surveyed in April 2023. A 6m vertical entrance pitch off 2 trees lands on a rift descending at 45°. The lined route continues down over leaf mould, loose boulders and calcite / mud onthe walls for 25m to the head of a p45, a straight drop with a deviation near the top. At the base, a muddy pool drains into a over-tight rift. This would require significant capping and "doesn't seem too promising". The air is much stiller in this area. It may be possible to swing out on the pitch to follow the rift on a day with more draught.
