The route to this site leads into the wood on a track, down to a T junction, a left turn and the depression is on the left. The track goes round 2 sides of this large feature. A short path has been cut to a 4m climb down into a gully. There are a couple of noteable features including a very narrow slot (approx 10cm wide) in the bottom of the depression. Elsewhere in the bottom is a body length crawl to a slightly draughting small hole in boulders where stones fall about 3m.
