A 3 x 2m shaft top which is draughting out. In July 2006 a probable ex-goat needed to rot away before the shaft could be comfortably explored. At Easter 2007, a dead cow at the shaft base needed to decay.
Over the top of the shaft is a hands-and-knees crawl which ends after 21m at a run-in. There are occasional glimpses down to a lower level (currently blocked by the cow).
