A strongly draughting, letterbox entrance just beyond the entrance to Mad Axe Woman Cave. A 3m flat-out crawl leads to a
3 x 3m stand-up chamber. A drop down a square slot enters a 1m wide passage
going 10m to a choke. A climb up to a bedding leads to tree roots and a choke.
On the left is a blocked tube while below the slot is a small draughting passage
which may dig.
The site was surveyed at Easter 2013.
