Updated 3rd May 2004; 10th October 2007
A walk-down rift in a large depression with a part cut down chestnut tree.
There are slabs covering a hole in the floor, with another hole over a sand
bank to the right. At Easter 2004, the site was revisited to reveal nothing
under the slabs but up to the left a climb into a small chamber with no
prospects.
In 2007, the grid reference was altered from ETRS89: 30T 454768 4798651 (VN54879886) to the above, under
the most southern of 3 trees although it could be under the most westerly
one!
