An impressive rift entrance at the base of a steep shakehole that is only 10m deep, requiring a ladder after a vegetated slope.

A call-out to rescue a calf which had fallen down the hole was abandoned when the animal was seen to be lifeless at the base of the 6m vertical drop. The old gid reference is VN50839928. The new one above may now require the repositioning of nearby holes.
