A small hole leads to a slide down over various remains which enters a reasonable
passage with some decorations. The western arm lowers to a possible charcoal
hearth and graffiti - Arturo 1/8/64. (Only the date appeared to remain
in 2001).
The route to the right leads up through a very tight squeeze and down to
a 1m deep pool which meets a choke full of bones.
In the area around the entrance, there appears to be other entrances that
may need investigating / digging out. One recently investigated is site 1706.
In 2018, the position was confirmed and the entrance found covered with rocks and logs. An aerial panorama and fly-over was also produced. Details to come.
