Three entrances explored on a levelled area, down valley from Famous Five Cave. Although all are within 20m of each other, on the scar, there is no obvious connection between them.

A narrow, steeply descending hole, 8m deep. At the bottom there is standing room in a rift, which quickly closes down.

The sites close by are 4144 and 4146. The positions of sites 4146 and 4145 were altered January 2018 to more accurately show their position on the cliff line.
