A small hole at the foot of a rock face enters a 2m drop into a small chamber. This leads down a steep slope of loose debris to where a stream enters from beneath massive boulders, presumably the stream which sinks at site 0178 and which is seen again in site 0477. The passage continues walking size, with steep slopes up on the left to a "terrace", with a number of choked inlets. The main passage suddenly gets smaller and ends in an overtight crawl.

While surveying out, at station 4, a tight rift passage runs at right angles into the hill. This has been followed for about 20m in tight rifts, with a separate stream running parallel to the main passage. Digging is required at the current end and these passages have not been surveyed.
